We do not believe in any messy conversations or any kind of problems with buyers or suppliers. We are very clear and focused. We believe in long-term relationships rather than ending up in short businesses. Back-up plans for our productions are always kept in mind to avoid any delay in shipments. We use the best logistics for procuring raw materials and also for transporting goods to buyers. Lead time and deliveries are properly discussed in our management and accordingly conveyed to buyers to avoid any arguments. We do not accept orders where we feel we will not be able to finish in time.
