We guarantee you that all our products will be delivered to you in new condition and without damage. We check each item for faults along the way and before packaging.
Shipping and Processing Fees
Here at Naqash Design Inc, Shipping and Processing fees are charged to you only to compensate our company for the cost of shipping and processing your order. We have multiple ways of shipping your order to you and we make great effort to choose the best choice for your particular shipping needs. The shipping charges are FOB India and added to your order total.
Returns
Please allow for slight irregularities as these add to the unique beauty of our products!
However in the event that you receive a product that has a defect at the time of delivery, contact us within 14 days of receiving your products. Please contact us by email with your request, and be sure to include the invoice number, name of product, and description of defect along with your contact information. At that time we can access the problem and make a decision to what the appropriate next steps will be.
