Cancellation and Refund Policy:

1. Cancellation:
   Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support team at  naqash@naqashdesigns.com. Orders canceled after this timeframe may be subject to processing fees.

2. Refunds:
    Product-related issues: If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

3. Refund Process:
   Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

4. Non-Refundable Items:
   Certain items, such as personalized or custom products, are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation/Modification by Us:
   We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified, and refunds will be processed promptly.
